  Introduction In my free time, I usually volunteer to work at Harvest Manitoba, or also known as the food bank. I joins the sortation team at the food bank, whose jobs are to open products' boxes and classify food into categories. Each shift consists of a team of about 8 to 10 people working voluntarily in 2 hours. The group of volunteers working for the food bank is a dedicated and compassionate team who are committed to fight the hunger and support the community. From college students to retirees, professionals to homemakers, each member of this diverse group brings their unique skills and experiences to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team. Here is the original scenario: "In an effort to finalize the sale of an expensive, out-of-stock television set, an electronics salesperson is considering a strategy of promising the customer one-day delivery when it will really take at least a week to have the set shipped from the factory." In brief, an electronics salesperson was facing a challenging situation while trying to close a sale for an expensive, out-of-stock television set. By promising one-day delivery, the salesperson has made a successful sale, satisfying both the customer and the salesperson's objective. Part 1: My career Vision, Mission, and Goals

  My career vision for the next 10 years from now I have dreamt of running my own business for a long time. I had some experience working in the marketing field as well as customer service. Therefore, in the next 10 years, I would run my own business specializing in Vietnamese cuisine. By running a Vietnamese restaurant, I would be able to introduce my culture and dishes to my international and Canadian customers.  My mission statement To serve and enhance the customers' experience while spreading the Vietnamese taste to the world. Three (3) S.M.A.R.T. personal goals Short term: By 2026, successfully graduate from RRC and become Canadian citizen. Medium term: By 2030, earn the first million dollar to invest in my own business. Long term: By 2040, become a reputable business in Canada.

Hi everyone, my name is Giao Le Diep, and I preferred to be called by my English name: Leo. My preferred pronouns are he/his/him. I was born and raised in Saigon in the South Vietnam, so I am identified by the South Vietnamese culture. I am currently taking Business Management CE program at RRC because I would like to improve my English skills as well as gain more knowledge to prepare for my future work in Canada. I had 3 years of experience in Marketing field before moving to Canada. I also love various kinds of sports such as basketball, badminton, and soccer, so it would be very happy if I could work in sports field after graduation. As a newcomer, I like exploring Winnipeg with my family member in my free time. And also, I love video games, too. I have played video games since I was a kid. It is a very good method for stress relief, and it also helps me to develop interpersonal skills such as problem solving, critical thinking, and communication.
